Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Where We Ship From
Depending on available inventory and your location, your order may ship from different countries. We will choose the warehouse that provides the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, customs clearance, courier delays, or holiday volumes may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your country’s customs office may charge duties, VAT, or import fees.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to find a solution.
