Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we do accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the backpack must be:

  • unused and unwashed

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging with all tags and accessories

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, or missing packaging may be refused.

No Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%.
This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging. We do not cover for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • clearance or final-sale items

  • items marked “non-returnable” at checkout

  • products not returned in original condition

How to Request a Return

  1. Email help@gabackpacks.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after recept and inspection of your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your backpack arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll assist as appropriate.
